I love cooking all kinds of food, but mostly Mexican, Italian and anything involving vanilla beans or dark chocolate. I am married to a wonderful guy who is also a wonderful cook so life is good.
Warning: this is not a quick and easy dessert, but it is well worth the effort. You will probably want to make the no bake Crème Brûlée a day early and let it chill overnight. The photos below show a step by step process for making this yummy dessert:
