Prepare:
3 cups pulled already cooked turkey (cubed)
Add the following to 5 cups boiling turkey or chicken broth:
1 cup of uncooked rice
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onions or shallots
Cook until rice is soft but not mushy.
Add the following:
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Add the pulled turkey and place in a casserole pan. Line the outer edge of the dish with a mixture of:
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 Tablespoon melted butter
Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
