Turkey Pinwheel

Ingredients:
biscuit dough - rolled thin
chopped cooked turkey
chopped onions
chopped green pepper
1-3 Tablespoons butter
add ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons heavy cream

Saute onions, green pepper, and turkey in a tablespoon or two of butter. Add salt and pepper and add a small amount of cream to moisten the mixture. Roll out your biscuit dough until it is thin. Place meat mixture on dough and roll it up into a log shaped cylinder. Cut into serving size pieces. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

Serve with mushroom sauce.
